An industry leading manufacturer of custom folding carton packaging for over 80 years, Royal Paper Box Company is focused on quality, consistency, flexibility and efficiency to meet the ever-changing requirements of our industry and yours.  These needs are met through extensive investments in both our state of the art equipment and experienced personnel. Royal Paper Box produces packaging for some of the world’s largest medical device and pharmaceutical companies and, as such, is familiar and compliant with the FDA’s requirements for documentation and lot segregation for folding carton packaging. Printing, Specialty Coatings, Tooling, Laminating, Die Cutting, Foil Stamping, Embossing and Gluing are all carried out in our 172,000 square foot, 10-1/2 acre facility in Montebello, CA which is ideally located for easy and convenient distribution via truck, rail or air.  Take our plant tour for highlights of all our manufacturing processes.
